Agreement
By creating an account, or by downloading a plugin, you agree to these terms.
Who we are

Accounts
You must give a valid email address and verify it before logging in. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
Products and licence
Plugins are digital software for use on Rust game servers. Unless a product says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on servers you operate, and you may not resell, redistribute, or publish the plugin files, or present them as your own. Some of our plugins are released under an open-source licence such as the MIT License. Where a plugin includes its own licence file, that licence governs what you may do with that plugin and takes precedence over this clause.
Delivery
Products are digital and delivered through your account. For new accounts, your email must be verified first.
Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis, mainly through Discord. See our Contact page.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, try to bypass access controls, or use the plugins unlawfully.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the plugins are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or server downtime arising from use of the plugins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date above will change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
