How Primal Earth Plugins handles your personal data.
This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
Primal Earth Plugins is a brand operated by Flexpoint Solutions OÜ ("we", "us"). For company details, see our Legal & Company Information page.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Order data: the plugins you obtain, order status, and timestamps.
- Download records: when you download a file we log the file name, the time, and the IP address and browser user agent used, to protect access to downloads.
- Launch-list data: if you join a launch list, we store the email address you give us so we can send you the launch details for that plugin.
- Session data: a single essential cookie that keeps you logged in.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies. When you log in, we set one essential session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects your account, for example against cross-site request forgery. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Because these cookies are essential to run the site, they do not require consent, but we show a short notice about them. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser; if you do, you will be logged out.
We send account, order, and launch emails, such as verification links and update notices, through our email provider. These are sent from noreply@primalearth.org.
Why we use your data
- To create and secure your account.
- To deliver the plugins you obtain and let you re-download them.
- To send launch details to people who ask for them.
- To prevent abuse of downloads.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards where we must keep records, for example tax and accounting records, which in Estonia are kept for seven years. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, subject to those legal record-keeping duties.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the store, which currently include Google Workspace (email delivery) and our server hosting provider (data centre in the European Union). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To make a request, use our Contact page.
